Sessions are calm, intentional, and designed around your individual needs. I travel to your space to create a comfortable, familiar environment where you can fully relax and tune in without the stress of commuting or rushing.
Each session blends guided movement, breathwork, assisted stretching, and bodywork, with thoughtful attention to alignment, comfort, and nervous system support. Nothing is forced. The focus is on listening to your body and working within ranges that feel safe, supported, and sustainable.
The intention is not to push limits or chase flexibility, but to create space for ease, balance, and natural movement to emerge. You can expect to leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected, not only in your body, but in your breath and overall sense of presence.
Assisted Stretch

Assisted stretch is a one-on-one, hands-on session focused on improving mobility and easing tension through supported, intentional stretching. With guidance and external support, your body is able to relax more fully, allowing muscles and joints to move through a comfortable, effective range of motion without force.
Sessions are slow, mindful, and responsive to what your body needs that day. The goal is not to push flexibility, but to create space, restore balance, and help your body feel more at ease in movement.
