Philosophy
I believe healing happens when we return to presence. When we slow down, breathe with awareness, and let go of control, the body finds its own balance. My intention is to hold space for that unfolding, to help you move from tension to ease and reconnect with your natural flow.
MEET TAYLOR PRIDMORE
Hi, I’m Taylor, a yoga instructor, assisted stretch practitioner, and bodyworker with a passion for helping people move and feel better in their bodies.
My work is rooted in the belief that the body already knows how to heal. When we slow down, breathe with intention, and truly listen, the body has an incredible ability to realign, soften, and restore itself. I see each session as a collaborative process, guided by curiosity, presence, and respect for where your body is in that moment.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Black Swan Yoga, where I developed a strong foundation in mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness. I also trained in assisted stretching through StretchLab and have been working hands-on as a stretch practitioner. since February 2025. These experiences shape my approach, blending intentional movement with supported, hands-on techniques to improve mobility, posture, and overall ease in the body.
My sessions combine assisted stretching, bodywork, and yoga-based principles to support both physical and nervous system regulation. While the work can help increase flexibility and reduce tension, it also offers something deeper: a chance to reconnect with your breath, your awareness, and your sense of embodiment.
I offer sessions in client spaces, creating a comfortable and familiar environment where you can fully relax and tune in without the stress of traveling or rushing. Whether you spend your days at a desk, moving constantly, training hard, or simply navigating the demands of everyday life, my goal is to help you feel more at home in your body.
This work isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about presence, trust, and creating space for your body to move the way it was meant to.
If you’re ready to slow down, reconnect, and move with more ease, I’d love to work together.
